Our 2 Nationally reconized Chefs and their culinary teams, take pride in the ability to discover the most unique flavors from around the world and share them with the Western New York area. With our Signature Wings Wednesdays we’ve managed to put a new spin on an old Buffalo classic. Perfect simplicity, in which Flavor is the name of the game: we use fresh slow brined poultry and locally produced ingredients while offering a variety of extras on the side.
